  • Weekly Integration:

    Take Yoga Sculpt at 4:30pm followed by practice + lecture for your LIVE Community Class

    Practice makes perfect and you will get opportunities to practice and teach before your live community classes each week.

  • Weekly Integration

    You will teach 4 LIVE Community Classes at our studio to share what you have learned.

    You will host LIVE Class followed by lecture + feedback each week

  • 90 Hour Certification

    Learn to teach in this training, you will not only receive instruction, knowledge and feedback but most importantly how to apply it in actionable ways to teach and progress your personal practice.

  • Requirements to Graduate

    20 Sculpt classes completed prior to graduation as a student.

    4 Live Community Classes co-taught by students of the training.

    68 Contact Hours Training

    10 Hours of Svadhyaya (Non Contact)

    Itinerary, Required Reading List available to YSTT students upon deposit

    Training Manual will be distributed on the first day of class. Lifetime Access to recordings and future YSTT trainings for all alumni.
