Enjoy a gentle flow with Jenna as she guides a light amount of movement to prepare your body for stillness in the Sound Bath Meditation. This allowed time to get out any extra jitters or energy is such wonderful way to ground down for the Sound Bath.
Sound Bath
Sound bath is an amazing reset for your body, nervous system and mind. The sound of the crystal bowls is soothing and will help relax your nerves. Sound bath has been shown to decrease anxiety, help ease tension and allow your body and mind time to reset.
New Intentions Sound Bath + Gentle Flow with Jenna
You are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes prior the the event starting. Please bring a yoga mat or plan to rent one from the studio. Water, pillow or eye mask are welcome. The room can feel cold during the Sound Bath Session, we recommend layers. Arrive with a New Intention to set for the New Year, move your body and breath with this in mind, then allow your New Intention to be set and seal it in with the Sounds of Healing from the Sound Bath

What is a Sound Bath Healing ?
A sound bath healing is a full body meditative experience. You will lie down and listen to resonant sounds. This involves singing crystal bowls, which create an echoing sound that 'bathes' people. Some people refer to sound bathing as a healing practice.
What does Sound Bath Healing do to your body?
Sound Baths elicit the relaxation response, and in the relaxation response, the body relaxes, blood pressure lowers, heart rate lowers and the body basically goes into healing mode.
What happens to your brain during Sound Bath Healing?
Sound all around you creates a 'bath' of visceral sound where you can feel the frequency of sound in the deepest parts of your body. A sound bath creates a meditative state where the brain emits healing brainwaves.
Is it ok to fall asleep in a Sound Bath Healing ?
Falling asleep is completely welcome and normal. The sound is intentionally relaxing and the sound waves are said to activate your body's natural healing abilities which often means 'sleep'. Falling asleep is very common especially the first few times.
